Since 1997, the largest students fair entitled “AKADÉMIA® and VAPAC®” is held annually in the Slovak Republic every October.

The fair is targeted at students and graduates of secondary schools and universities or higher education institutions. During its existence, the AKADÉMIA-VAPAC® fair has become highly popular among students, which is evident from an annual visit rate exceeding 10 000 students from all over Slovakia, from the east to the west.

The fair is divided into 4 sections depending on the type of exhibitor:

SLOVAK REPUBLIC STUDY SECTION

• University study
• Lifelong learning study – learning within further education and attendance of additional study programmes, courses or re-qualification/retraining classes

FOREIGN STUDY SECTION

• Arrangement of exhibitors according to nationality

Every year, the fair offers presentations by exhibitors from Slovakia as well as from abroad, including the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Australia, France, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the USA and others.
