The responsible persons shall receive the ordered number of tickets for students and the ordered number of free tickets for accompanying teachers upon presenting the document confirming the payment.

Notice:

  • Services ordered above will be invoiced with the invoicing data indicated in this order form.
  • Since the accommodation capacity is limited, the order must be sent by June 30, 2016.
  • Price are with VAT

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The supplier shall confirm receiptof the binding order for services within 7 days.
  2. The customer shallpay the invoice bythe due date to the address of the supplier
  3. The customer (school) shall report any cancellation or change in services included in its binding orderin writing, not later than 14 days before the beginning of the fair.
